How healthy is your soil?

Soil health testing focuses on measuring the potential rate of biological activity and the levels of carbon and nitrogen. A soil health test score provides a number related to these characteristics, a higher number = more healthy soil.

Soil Health Test Packages

All include a standard Diagnostic soil test, which analyzes for: Soil pH, Buffer pH, Excess Carbonate, Soluble Salt, Organic Matter, Phosphorus, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium Sodium, Nitrate, Sulfur, Zinc, Manganese, Copper, Iron, Boron, Calculated CEC and % of Base Saturation.

Basic Package….$45 – includes: Soil Health Score, CO2 Respiration, C:N Ratio.

Routine Package….$55 – includes: Soil Health Score, CO2 Respiration, C:N Ratio, plus

  • Water Soluble analysis: Carbon, Total Nitrogen, Nitrate-N, Ammoniacal-N, Orthophosphate-P, & Water Saturation %

Complete Package….$65 – includes: Soil Health Score, CO2 Respiration, C:N Ratio, plus

Soil Health Add Test

The “Add Test” can be included with any standard soil analysis – from basic to diagnostic summary reports – no need for two soil samples. The Soil Health Add Test covers the seven key analyses of soil health that are the most valuable to turf grass management: Soil Health Score, CO2 Respiration, Total Carbon, Total Nitrogen, C:N Ratio, Mineralizable Nitrogen, and Mineralizable Phosphorous. The Add Test analysis is just $30/sample.
